Horrible Management For A Spacious Apartment

The layout and design of the four apartment styles are nice. That is where the compliments of Park Place end. Speaking for my complex, the hallways are not well kept or clean. Wood trim is often found falling off, and urine stains are numerous on the carpeted floor.

The management are the real drawback of the apartment. The lease agents are not only inexperienced but unclear, misleading, and dishonest about the apartments. They seem superficially nice. I was bait-and-switched by touring a perfect, clear, up-to-date apartment and then sold a shabby apartment. Many appliances are original equipment from 1984--my microwave has dials.

The next review was correct regarding poor, exercise facilities, and small parking spaces. Pool and tennis facilities also inadequate.

If you can sacrifice the pain of dealing with an unprofessional administration for a spacious apartment--this is the place.
