Have just moved to a nicer apartment. Parkside was great a couple of years ago now it should be renamed Parkside Kennels.

If you have lots of noisy kids and two or three dogs you will love this place. Otherwise if you are looking for peace and quite look elsewhere. Also, most of the buildings and trash areas are a real eyesore and the flies have a field day every weekend.

Good points include the park and wooded areas (guess that's why there are so many dogs and kids here) and closeness to local amenities.

Bad points are very noisy neighbors, litter, trash lying around in garage, hallways smell like kennels.
