There was a Homicide last month. We lived in there. Once a dog chased me and my family in the hallway. It is not rare one sees dog poop in the hallways, and outdoors no need to say "dog poop everywhere' This is like Dogs own paradize. Once I signed the lease they moved the dumpster to a location that takes litarally 3.5 min to walk with the garbage.
