Review for Regency Point Apartment Homes Apartments

Regency Pointe is a joke. Before moving in, they shower you with promises about how wonderful they are, but don't expect to see anything wonderful beyond that. When I toured my apartment, they assured me that they would either restore or replace my carpet because there were large black stains everywhere and 3 full iron burns on the floor. When I arrived to move in, my carpet had yet to be shampooed. A quick shampoo job by management left me with stick, soapy carpet. My tub has not drained in the 18 months I have lived there, despite several maintenance requests to fix. My bathroom ceiling has leaked over my tub for the last 9 months and the leaky ceiling over my toilet, was simply covered up with paint. My walls are covered in smoke from my neighbor, even though no one's ever smoked in my unit. The maintenance staff is horrendous and "upper management" is a laugh and a half. The walls are thin. The outside lighting is ridiculous, especially when you have to take your dog outside late at night. You need to park as close to the door as possible, because you're not going to have any light in the parking lot to help you out. Regency Pointe is very very unprofessionally run. I think the only good review here was written by management!!!
