Review for Regency Point Apartment Homes Apartments

If anyone listens to the lady who wrote the last review I have this to tell you....................YOUR CRAZY!!!!! Out of 13 reviews for this apartment only one has something good to say about this crap hole? Sounds like management wrote the review to make there rating higher. As of right now there occupancy might be at like 65% way down from when I moved in over a year ago. Since I have lived here there has been a homicide, drug dealings, break-ins, water leakage, and what appears to be a green mold on the ceilings of the hallways. The hallways STINK so bad that management has a worker spray air freshner in the hallway at least 2 times a day. And don't even let me get started on Management because they are the RUDIEST PEOPLE EVER. They will point out every thing you did wrong and not once admit to something they did wrong. Receptionist's have nasty attitudes and act like when you call you are bothering them. So if you decide to move to this might as well be landfill I am sooooooo sorry for you and I'll guarentee that after one month you will be on this stating what a regret it was to sign a lease with Regency Pointe Apartments.
