Review for Regency Point Apartment Homes Apartments

Like everyone has said this place is a shyt hole.. I have lived here for three years and this place has gone down the hole. Dog shyt everywhere. They said a weight limit of 25-30 pds. My best friend also lives here and she has 2 dogs that weigh over that and the office knew that when they moved it. The people in the office are so rude. There is always glass in the parking lot, no parking. There are signs saying that you will get towed, they haven't done that in over a year. If you wanna live next to drug dealers, loud ass people, dogs pissing and shitting on your deck MOVE in here! I wouldn't recommend living here unless you want cheap rent. The walls are so thin you can hear the people above you walking. My ceiling in my bathroom leaks all the time and they said that they would fix it and it has been over a year and they haven't done it.. Walk outside and smell poop! They have a thing for dog shyt outside the door so you walk out and smell that right away! Nummy!! Or even better yet. Last summer I found a needle outside my porch (like a shoot up needle) and I have a 4 year old! I would have to check the ground before i would let him go outside and play.. it is that BAD! Cops are here all the time. And someone got killed here!!
