Review for Regency Point Apartment Homes Apartments

I lived here back before I was married and I can see from all these reveiws, the place hasn't changed. I lived there 2000-2003 and I felt like I was discriminated against because I was a young white women living alone not only by my neighbors but by Management as well. The woman who I spoke with were rude, dishonest, and very unprofessional. The men I spoke with were friendly, appoligetic and helpful (To bad they only dealt with certain things). While living there I started to feel as if maybe the women in mamagement were just catty and thought I was competition? The last year I lived there it got bad. I lived close to the managemtn office so I always parked right out front. Twice in one year my car got keyed and when I reported this to Management the responce I recieved was "Maybe you deserved it", which made me feel as if someone with management had done it to my car. So aftet that I got out of there. I never had any problems with my apartment except for the occasional clog of the sink oh and the a leaky toliet that RAN all the time. Rent was cheap back than for a one bedroom. From what I saw they went up at least 200, but they try to justify it by making "Specials" that aren't specials. If you need a place I suggest to keep looking.
