Don't Believe Everything You Read!

Rented: From 2001 To 2005

I lived at Regency for 4 years and am shocked at the reviews people are writing. The apartments are big and rent is cheap. They have more ammenities than most places in Plymouth. Indoor & outdoor pools, Saunas, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball. The grounds are beautiful and buildings are clean inside. Maintenance was always attentive to my needs and timely. As far as management goes, whenever I had a problem, they addressed it, maybe not always in the timeframe I had wanted, but it was addressed. It sounds like the people writing the reviews are just venting. Maybe they should contact management and tell them what their beef is. And no, I'm not on the management staff. I'm just shocked that people would use a resource like this website to trash a place. Don't get me wrong, Regency Pointe isn't a Hilton, but it is a great value. So, why did I leave Regency? My job moved me out of state.
