Ok so I came across this website after I lived at Regency Pointe. Most of what has been said was acurate. Management was poor, I had mold growing on my ceiling, my garage got brokw into twice, and a hole above my shower that was never fixed while I lived their. A drug dealer lived across the hall from me, and I was almost attacked my his pitbull everytime I walked to the pool area. When I moved in I didn't even have a electric outlet in my bathroom. The fitness room the the only good thing about the place. Yes the rent is cheap, and the place is big but with the cheap rent comes all the problems. I am at the moment going to court over my security deposit. I heard there are new people working in the office now, hopefully they are better than what they used to have.
