I moved to the Twin Cities almost 5 years ago and this was the first place I moved to.I was out after my year lease was up.They jacked us around as to our move in date and up front fees were outrageous!! Filthy excercise room and hallways,rude tenants, I did not get my security deposit upon leaving as they cited certain things not cleaned etc.FYI!!! I have obcessive compulsive disorder and am obcessively clean!! From reading reviews, others have gotten cheated out of security deposit as well.Law suit anyone??
