Review for Regency Point Apartment Homes Apartments

I had a feeling of what I was in for after moving in when a co-worker who used to live there said, "Don't expect to get your deposit back no matter how clean you are." True.

They kept my full $300 deposit and sent me a bill for another $400 saying they had to spend 12 hours cleaning the place. Totally unacceptable-- I myself spent at least that much time on it. Heck, I spent 2 hours on the stove/oven alone! We were quiet, respectful and very clean tenants and expected better than this.

Management give you the runaround and you can never speak to anyone other than the office staff. If you need an issue escalated, you can go nowhere-- literally.

The parking lot was not well-lit and LOADED with potholes... the pools (inside AND out) were usually being "serviced" and were out of commission. The workout room had 1/2 it's equipment not functioning at most times.

I had a problem with my toilet where a part in the tank had broken and water would spray and leak out onto the bathroom carpet everytime it was flushed. I made multiple calls to get it fixed.... took a week or two. End result? They charged me at the end of the lease to have the carpet repaired! The carpet damaged by the water leaking from the toilet I reported numerous times! Crap.

The security entrances were often not functioning....

The place was loud, lots of partiers when I was there. An apartment near mine (we both faced the courtyard) was always rowdy until all hours of the night... out on their deck, even climbing up onto the roof and raising heck. So pretty loud place to live in.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!
