Review for Regency Point Apartment Homes Apartments

I'm not sure why so many people are giving this place a bad review. I have lived here for over a year and I have never once had a problem. The office staff has always been easy to talk to and the manager is really helpful. I have only had a few maintenance requests and they have always been fixed within days. I live in the dog building, but don't have a dog so that is my only complaint. The dogs are loud, but I knew I was taking an apartment in that building,so I deal with it. The rent is low and they have lots of ammenities and that is what I want. The building is older so it makes sense that it is not the best looking, but the rent is low. You aren't going to find cheaper rent in plymout for what they have here! Overall I have been happy here and for all the people complaining about your deposit, maybe it really wasn't as clean as you thought? Apartments can't just take your money for no reason....and if they did call the better business bereau.
