Review for Stone Creek At Medicine Lake Apartments

When i first viewd the apartment i assumed becasue it was so new and nice and $1200./month for a one bedroom it would be good hard working responsible people living there. Soon after moving in i realized over half of the building was section 8. It was not too bad over the winter, but soon as the weather got nice the scum started coming out of the woodwork. It's all section 8 and they don't care enough to take care of the place they live. It's single parentswith 8 kids runnign around they never supervise. There are a lot of foreniers there also and the smells are nasty. You have to walk around the rear of the building to let your dog about and there are groups of young black men standing around. As soon as i come around they scatter like cockroaches. I'm sure they are up to no good. Its frustrating that i apid $1200 and they pay $200 and just dont care or care who they have over as guests. If you like living in a ghetto go there and you will fit right in. I had my licence plate stolen and other people have had thefts. Not safe and i cant wait to get out.
