Rented: 2007 To 2008

For the rent...it's not a value. You'll pay top rent because of the large assisted living group. You will not get top service. Elevators are slow because nursing staff moves from floor to floor. Ask for a cleaning schedule...how often is the hot tub checked...how often do they wipe down the workout room...how often are the outside windows cleaned...the garage floors... are they ever washed near the garbage area? Call Plymouth Police for a call report. Ask about storage.
