If you fill out a rental application....DO NOT give them anymore than the $60 application fee during your application process, irregardless of what they call it! They will try to keep your money if you choose not to go forward with the rental. They tried to keep $200 for my application reveiw. We went to court and I WON! I paid them exactly what was due to them $60..not $200! They also have a poor excuse for a collecion manager "bob" that tried several scare tactices including swearing and threatening me. He then didn't even have the decency to show up in court. They have now refused to provide me with the required "satisfaction of judgement". Huge hassel for a simple rental application. FYI... they had a second case the same time I was there and they were trying to make a tennant that had only lived in the appartment for 4 months pay for TOTAL carpet replacement!Bad customer relations!!

Yes, "Bob" is a hired thug that Pinnacle Management uses to threaten and intimidate people. I can only assume that management knows exactly the tactics that he uses and doesn't care. He passes himself off as an attorney, but is only an office lackey. He threatens to garnish wages when money isn't owed. He swears, threatens and hangs up on you. Shame on you Vicksburg and Pinnacle!
