Review for Vicksburg Village Apartments

DO NOT LIVE AT VICKSBURG! The office staff are lazy and never complete anything in a timely manner. They always "forget" about putting in service requests and other important task that are asked of them. They lie about things they say and then smile in your face. They are always either on a smoke break or eatting at there deks or even talking on their cell phones. One staff member finished her cell phone conversation and after standing there waiting for almost five minutes then she acknowleged me! They are rude too! If you call and ask a question they take for ever to follow through, thats if they follow through on a request.

The walls are thin and the ceilings and floor are even worse. There are NEVER any parking spots available. You can hear everything said in the parking lot at any given time so you HAVE to keep your windows shut all the time. The prices are ridiculus. Nothing is new.

I hope all of the office staff get fired and have to live somewhere where they get trreated the way they treat the residents.

Vicksburg is waaaay over priced. These are NOT luxury apartments! Theres are never any availble parking spaces and the pool is always closed. The noise from the parking lot is unbearable. The office staff are ALL A WASTE OF SPACE! They need some lessons in HUMAN ETHICS!! They will screw every chance they get! They will charge you a million fees for nothing! They lie all the time. There are BAD PEOPLE!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!
