I Wouldn't Recommend It Unless You A Deaf.

Rented: From 2004 To 2006

We have lived here for the last two years. We have had nothing but trouble with noise, and everytime we complain to the office we are told they can not do anything about it. Neighbor's play their music like they live in a bar. Can hear every SINGLE step of the people above us. Keeps us up at night and wakes us up when we finally fall asleep. We were told that the building was built well and had noise dampening built in. None of the office staff live here, so they obviously have no clue.

Underground parking is nice if you can afford $45 extra per month per spot. Otherwise there is a decent amount in the front lot. Lots of double parking overnight though.

Office staff will sign for packages, check out movies, and let you into the Business office to use the computers. Any serious issue or question gets pushed off and "they will call you later" but never really do.

Maintenance is quick and always fixes things right.

Nothing else good to say really.
