Review for Willow Creek Apartments

In the short time that I have lived here/heard of/experienced/ seen the following: The 'secure' storage spaces they offer are constantly broken into - Management does nothing but apologize The 'newly renovated' apartments have low quality new appliances - Management apologizes profusely, but can't help if your dishwasher doesn't actually wash your dishes Cars parked in the parking lot - routinely get broken into - Management can't help Cars parked in the 'secure garage' get broken into. The 1 security camera they have in the garage doesn't actually cover any spaces, just the garage door... Management in general doesn't mind that they are taking a fair amount of money for rent, and not offering any security and/or service in return. It may seem like a deal to live here, and the apartment layout may be nice, but if you sign a lease here, you are basically leaving everything you own to thieves. I regretted signing the lease the month after I moved in when I discovered so many issues with my apartment, that it took me 45 minutes to explain to management everything that was wrong. Tenants talk about the break-ins like it's commonplace - even the management agrees. There are several other apartment complexes nearby, and some look nicer, and probably have better security/nicer management. Check those out - but if you feel like buying a new car stereo, call these guys. In all the apartment buildings I've lived in, I feel the least safe in this one. I don't think it was worth the rent.
