Apartment Review for Rivers Bend Apartments

If you want the whole complex to know about you, feel free to move here. Lisa, the so-called-manager has not a clue what she is doing, the only thing she's good at, is sitting in her apartment watching the security monitors with her cat, which we are not supposed to have, they have a NO PETS allowed, but only to a select few I guess. If you have anything wrong with your apartment, feel free to waste your breath! Fix it yourself!...She is useless in every way. She keeps track of when you come and go, who your with, what time you get in ....etc. I have parents, don't need another one!...Getting in and out of that place absolutely sucks! Islands everywhere, a complete U-turn heaven, in the afternoons, you can expect 20 minute wait just to get onto the road. Kids run free screaming thru the halls, up and down the stairs and in the garage. Plowing sucks in the winter, most times taking up to 2 days to get plowed out! The hill in the parking lot is always icy, Lisa the mager is there for the wrong reasons...so is the mangement compnay!...they have done nothing in the 2 years I was there, and to this day, nothing has changed! Good Luck to who ever moves in....you will regret it eventually!
