The houses are ok, the walls are thin and you get a pretty good idea who your neighbours are.
If anything happens do not expect Avalon Cove management to fix anything.
But that's all minor compared to management behavior once you move out:
I had to move out earlier than expected. Not only did they keep my deposit, but I also had to pay rent and utilities for two more months. After I had moved out I noted a very high heat and electricity bill. As I was out of town I called the rental office and was told that the heat bill would be so high b/o the low temperatures and the electricity bill was explained by the fridge (that I had unplugged prior to moving out). I asked friends in the neighbourhood to check if someone had moved in and indeed other people were living there, while I was still paying rent and utilities! The management had lied to me! I got some but not the full two months of rent and utilities back. They did not even apologize! If I would have the financial means I would have sued them!
