Amy the manager is terrible, she is mean, cheap and quite possibly the worst manager ever. Michele (the girls who is at the desk) Is great, she should be manager. The rest of the staff are great guys and they do fix things fast. We could hear people talk in the halls and next door but our air conditioner was great. They raised our rent once our lease was up. Oh and Parking was horrific, unlesss you get home before 3 your there is no where to park.

Personally, as a resident at these apartments, I absolutely love them. Sure, a lot of individuals (as the other two reviews) are bashing the staff for their work replacing the garages, and the lack of parking, they must understand that the upgrade is necessary.

These apartments are some of the best kept I have resided within. The community is younger, and rather friendly. With the proximity to the St Anthony shops, it's location is fantastic. The noise levels between floors are very low. I can hear a neighbors stereo in the hall, but the second the door is closed, there isn't a peep.

The staff is very friendly, and with the in-house pool table, and weight room, they keep us moderately spoiled.

To contradict one of the other reviews here: These buildings were built in the 70s. The garages before the new ones had no seperators - Everyone was simply in one general area for the 8 - 10 stalls. Know what that gives someone? Privacy to break into your car. These new garages have seperating walls between the stalls, as well as a much more sleek appearance. To those who blame break-ins upon the lack of a garage: That is absolutely diluted. Due to the construction in place, more folks are walking around near the cars. Not only does that mean more people pass by your car with the opportunity to break in, but there are many witnesses if someone does, making it much less of a target.

I have been working in corporate and private security for the past 5 years. I understand what I am talking about. In no way does the present construction effort encourage what has occurred.
