Yes, the apartment is old, but I love it. Esp. the back yard with the beautiful lake, I'm an author that place is just right for me. Its calm, safe, good maintenance. But yeah the kitchen is old in fact ancient. cabinets remind me of little house in the preiry( if I got that spelled right). The apartment in general is not in the best condition, but for the price.. its fair. In general .. I like it.. <P>
