I have been very happy living in my Sela property at Oak Ridge. The staff has been very helpful and pleasant. I've had the pleasure of meeting Amy Gonyea who runs the show and she has been very helpful and sincere.

Here at 3701 West Lake Street Mpls, we see drug deals take place on the property on a daily basis and have a hard time finding clean air in the hallways due to the merchandise testing. Don't get me wrong, the "skunk" is better than the preceding urine stench. Let's see...I've seen dozens of police calls, one actual police raid, public fights in the yard, a stabbing, a rotting dead body, a car fire in the parking lot, an ant infestation, a bat infestation, a panhandler infestation.... And then there's the professional demeanor of the Manager, I forget, is her name Amy...or Satan? Let me put it to you this way, if your not able to fix your own plumbing or not willing to buy your own appliances - Don't live in a Sela Slum. Even if you happen to be a drug dealer, seriously, there's better options.
