Apartment Review for Cottage Terrace Apartments

This is THE worst apartment I have ever seen in my life. Terrible magmt staff. Doesn't care about the tenants. Some neighbors are not responsible at all. We made the mistake and do not want anybody else to make the same one.
Lots of fruit flies, bedbugs, impure water, improper maintenance, dirty carpets etc.

1. The office is taken care by managers who don’t care about the people who live there. No good response and not at all addressing the issues.

2. The guy downstairs has parties all the time, (BTW, not from 6:00-11:00, it is from 2:00am-early morning!). Called 911 many times and the police came twice last time to make the party guys quite. Complained to the managers and no use at all.

3. We caught a rat alive in the kitchen and found one dead under the oven. So the rats had a fight in our apartment? Reported to the managers. They came several times and never got the problem resolved.

Don't go there unless you could not withstand the winter and left with no jackets to cover you. If you enjoy sewer backups, running or dead rats all the time, dirty carpets, and overnight parties...
