The apartments are great. Good size. Parking is HORRIBLE! Not a lot of visitor spots so when they come over, they park in reserved parking causing a lot of problems. I had someone park in my spot over 35 times and had to park in my garage or in the street. Water quality is horrible. Kids running in the hall all the time yelling. People smoking by main entrance. Pool is small. Staff is very nice, which makes things tolerable. Constant "shutting water off" was annoying.
