Not A Great Experience.

We lived here for almost 3 years and were unfairly accused of noise abuse on several occasions - even though the floors creaked all the time and the carpet & padding were very old when we moved in already. The water quality is very poor, all the fixtures & kitchen cabinets are old. The air conditioner they installed was new - but not powerful enough to get into the bedroom. The assistants they hired for their office were at times very rude and unhelpful. All in all they charge too much money for these apartments. A warning to all renters they charge a large fee of $3,500.00 if you ever need to break your lease & they will not work with you on that. I also stopped swimming in the pool as well - didn't seem like they cleaned it very often and it had a bad odor. The sauna they say they have - was hardly ever working properly. I love the area and closeness to the highway and that's about it. I will not be recommending this apartment to anyone I know. <P>

I lived in midland terrace for a year now and I must yes! The lady in the office along with the manager are rude. Not just that the maintenance doesn't do their job well. We ask for them to sent someone to fix our cabinet drawers but instead the maintenance took it and never brought it back. Our first week of living their most of our cabinet are broken and all the cabinet knot fell off. The manager are rude with bad attitude. The place is highly expensive. At first I pay $800 for a six month lease and then renew it for $815 but now they ask for $850 for a 12 month lease for a one bedroom. This place is not worth it for the price and we don't even have a balcony neither it doesn't come with garage. The only good thing about living here is the neighborhood are safe and quite otherwise it's not worth the service or place.
