Apartment Review for Midland Terrace Apartments

I would just like to start out saying Dear Midland Terrace F*** YOU! Never in my life have i had to deal with so much bull because of staff and other rude tenants that can't keep their noses out of other peoples **** business. Deb is one of the worst gossipers i have ever had to deal with. Tenant confidentiality with her is a lie! She is just as quick to spread your business around to other staff and tenants when something goes wrong or if she just finds it amusing. The maintenance is very poor. the first apartment you see when you usually want to rent here is the model, which might I say looks nothing like the other trashy units you will be moving into. The maintenance workers are a **** joke also, all the do is sit on their fat ***** and go threw peoples belongings, which they should be fired for, also they smoke in peoples apartments that they also should be fired for but thus they are not because max alan and deb don't really care as long as the job gets atleast a half *** job done. Also they have people living here that are not on the lease and they do nothing about it when complained about but when its someone they know and can harass for having their boyfriend/ girlfriend stay with them for a while they begin to poke their noses into it for something to do and to make their lives **** just because they can because they have other things over that persons head. Well just F.Y.I. most people have so much to take this place to court for but every **** person in this community is fake. There has been many garages( my garage key used to fit into many garages, so therefore they must put the same locks on several garages) and cars broken into over the years and they do nothing to try and stop that from happening. many domestic fights and other disputes have happened here, they have to have police constantly patrol this area. The geese are a whole other story... this isn't our home anymore, its the geese. There is so many i think i counted at least 40 this summer and they **** everywhere! This is not a good environment for children because the geese can be quite mean sometimes and because of all the poo there is no where for them to play outside. They have to many bogus rules here like you cannot have your children s toys on your balcony, your car must be moved every 24 hrs or it will be towed, but there again they pick and choose who they harass for that, you cannot put plants on your balcony also picking and choosing who they harass about that, and many others. During the winter our balcony's are supposed to be shoveled off but half the time the sliding doors are frozen shut. We all got new windows a few years ago but they are so **** cheap the tracking fills with water and leaks down the wall. The carpets in that hallways are absolutely disgusting, railings rusty which is another hazard to children. They just spent thousands of dollars remodeling the main office building which is deceiving new tenants because then they are taken over to look at apartments that they should have used that money to update inside of the buildings and apartments instead. So this concludes only half of what I could say about this disgusting rude place but i hope you get my point. Way your options and look at something better because here is definitely not the place for you. DON'T SETTLE FOR THE GHETTO!!!!!
