Apartment Review for Waterford Green

Been here for 5 months. <P>
This is a combo complex with townhouses with apartments across the parking lot. <P>
Manager is a sweetheart but her office staff often times isn't very friendly. Mike the handyman is good - usually fixes stuff right away. <P>
WAY too much noise both from nextdoor neighbors and visitors/renters to the apartment complex across the parking lot. <P>
Cops have come several times to break up loud parties. Once even the state patrol helicopter was called and shined a spotlight down on the building during an especially loud gathering. <P>
PARKING - Each townhouse has a garage and a driveway for 2nd car parking. <P>
POOL - Pool didn't open until after Mem Day but it was under rennovation so I can't fault them for that. Whirlpool always has a huge pile of sandy stuff in the bottom. Think they need to maintain that better. <P>
BUILDINGS: Exteriors have not been painted in a long time and are showing wear. Gutters are clogged and dump water all over the sidewalks when it rains. I have told them about this but no response. <P>
Price - kind of high for this quality of dwelling- I rented here because it was close to work. Not sure if I will renew my lease. <P>
They really need a manager that lives on site to keep track of what is going on. <P>
