Apartment Review for Waterford Green

To start with the dead rat next to the dumpsters for the past 3 days would be a start, but each area in the building has a distinctive smell, with matching stains. The car next to my parking spot, 1 for a 2 bedroom, has a flat tire and a broken door, and has never moved. They were not ready for us to move in, changed our locks after 3 weeks and only gave us one key, when they issued two. It is noisy all the time and the staff smokes during everything; shoveling, working in the garage, etc. The staff is rude and don't ever expect to get a package. Mine was almost sent back twice! I will not renew my lease or ever recommend this place to anyone! <P>
