Apartment Reviews for Northtown Village
Very disappointing..

Sure, it may like the best option if you have dogs. I have two, and it's great that they accomodate to them. However, everything else about this place is very disappointing.
The leasing office staff is rude and inconsiderate. Recently, people who have Direct TV satellites on the side of the building (after being told BY THE RENTAL OFFICE that it was OK TO PUT ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING) were told that they would need to move their satellites (cost of $50 to move them) to the balconies only, and if there was a tree or another buidling in the way that interrupted service, too bad, I guess you don't get tv. A woman I spoke with had had her satellite on the side of the building for FOUR YEARS, and it's just now a huge deal.
The office hours don't make any sense for people who have 8-5 jobs. The office opens at 10 and closes at 6, giving most barely enough time to pay rent, etc. It also tends to close early very frequently. You can't walk right in, either, and when you ring the buzzer, half the time they won't let you in anyways.
Nobody in this dog friendly community apparently knows how to pick up after their dog. There's always poop and vomit everywhere, and it's disgusting.
Overall experience here has not been fun, but very frusturating. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up.
