Apartment Reviews for Northtown Village - Spring Lake Park

I enjoy living here, it is sooo quiet. My apartment is a very large one bedroom, and the price is reasonable. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, this means a lot. My last apt was nothing like this, I have found my home!

When I first moved in about a year and a half ago I found my self very dissappointed about the management. I feel within the last six months management has made changes and is more in touch with their residents. Always listening and making the resident feel welcomed.

This place is great! Kevin and Teresa do their jobs very well and make sure any problem tenants are taken care of. The Courtyard is great and in the summer it is great to sit by the pool. The City park is steps away and the laundry rooms are up to date. There is no security door but that also means Random people aren't trying to buzz the doors to be let in. The apartments are great with a lot of closet space and the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. If you are someone looking for somewhere to stay while getting your drug fixes, find another complex. If you're looking for a great place to live where the tenants are valued live here!
