I have lived at Park Pointe apartments for 2 years and will be extending my lease for another year in December. place are well maintained, not noisy which I was surprised seeing there are three floors. They have great maintenance and if a problem arises it is dealt with right away, usually in a day or two. They have a cleaning staff that keeps the the common hallway areas clean and a nice touch I like is they have air deodorant spray dispensaries at regular intervals in the hallways so cooking odors don't overwhelm you coming from other apartments. Outside areas are well maintain including the pool area and the inside exercising areas. I really like the underground parking areas that are heated during winter and have secure accommodations for your bikes. They sponsor several open invitations for everyone here so you can meet others that live in the apartments (ice cream socials, Chili and Mexican dinners are a few I've experienced). I would recommend to anyone if they were looking for a place to move into.

The office staff is really helpful. I was in worst condition, looking for an apartment. They helped me a lot in those days.

I have lived here almost a year and have been satisfied with the service!
-Underground parking is awesome in the winter
-Staff helpful and friendly
-Halls and public areas always clean
-Exercise room under-utilized, so there's always a machine open
-Nice banquet room to host events, I've only had one party but it was good.
-Overall, it's a great place to live. Before moving in, I thought the price was a little steep, but the extras really make it worth the money we pay for rent.
Then one downside, we have to pay our own electricity, which includes heating in the winter and a large bill (about $150 in winter months, but our place is always warm).
