Apartment Reviews for Shelard Village Apartments - St Louis Park

We moved in a few months ago and have been very pleased since the start. It's a fair price for a good location. The management is good. Issues get resolved. Everyone is just very helpful and friendly. There's the pool, sauna, elevators, and our decks are very big. It's such a positive environment. I guess if I had to say something bad it's just our downstairs neighbors smoke but that's not really fixable. Overall, it's a great place!

Although the Apartment is older 1970 something i think is what they said when i moved in. The apartments are good sized. I really like the living room its a great size for entertaining. The office staff are really amazing two very nice women. Sometimes the maintenace could be faster however they still come in a pretty timely manner. Parking is okay and as far as feeling safe i dont believe i have ever seen the police out here! When i first moved in two years ago it was not my favorite place to live but since there has been not staff in the office the past two years have just gotten better and better. Over all for the price size and all utilites included i would say its the best deal in the area!

MY year here has been very well. The staff is helpful/friendly , and the maintence issues are resolved quickly! The best thing about the rent is that all utilities are included and they have central air! I also think for the pricing, what you get, and the location it is a pretty decent deal.

The only downfall I had a problem with was that in the summer if your apartment faces the courtyard it can get noisey with all the kids playing - so trying to relax with the window open is not always an option. :(

all in all... pretty decent as apartments go.
