Apartment Reviews for Frogtown Family Artist Lofts Cooperative
A Great Place to be

I love this place. It's very charming and well maintained. The grounds around this building are well maintained and BEAUTIFUL as well. My apartment is HUGE, 1500sq, with beautifully refinnished hardwood floors and it's stunning. I also have a decent sized patio and a private entrance. I had whasher and dryer hookups when I moved in and I have a dishwasher that I installed myself. We have internet/cable and satelite availability just like any other apartment. I've been able to do things to my unit that I haven't experienced in other apartments, and that's painting! I've done some cool stuff to my unit. This being an artist co-op, we can pretty much do anything so long as we can put it back when and IF we leave. There are private and comunity gardens, including a berry patch and an apple tree, for residents and we share everything we grow. The people who are here now are wonderful. They are supportive and caring, and just plain nice. They are also incredibly creative. We currently have 12 professional artists living here who practice everything ranging from dancers to tatooing and grafitti arts and everything in between. We have an active board of members and several comittees dedicated to building and grounds safety, comunity outreach, gardening and grounds care and development and youth and family services. We are very active here. we work with our local neighborhood watch, we have lots of activities for the kids here, who all play very well together, we also have many family and comunity events like BBQ's, movie nights, organized games etc... There's a very diverse polulation here a well. There's someting for everyone here. And if you happen to come accross others that say differently, either they are lieing or is't been quite a while since they've
been here and they really don't know the place. Stop in for a tour and you'll totally understand.
