Review for Frogtown Family Artist Lofts Cooperative Apartments

This is agreat place to live if you have a family and/or like feeling that you are knpwn and appreciated by the community. There is no pretense of stand-offishness in the apartment showing, application process, or interview. It is mandatory that all members and their guests respond with politness when greeted in the halls or on the grounds and that all children respond to any correcting adult. Even non-artist residents cooperate to make the regular gallery shows successful, and many members are are involved in volunteering in the greater mpls/st paul community in a number of ways. FFLAC is well-respected in the Frogtown community. The core values are appreciation, tolerance, and respect despite personal opinions. While not all prospective, current, or former tenants are able to always meet those ideals, they are nonetheless the prevalent attitudes.
Add to that the beautiful apartments with easy access to public transportation, the fantastic open-air market open year round across the street, recreation opportunities, walking distance to both downtown and the Selby-Dale area, and the opportunity to be self-governed and what we have is a unique and terrrific housing opportunity. If you appreciate diverse people and attitudes, art appreciation and creation as a househole value, the opportunity to know people outside of your usual circle,urban living, architectural attractiveness, and a respectful management company then you will love living here.
