WAR ZONE! Avoid this place! Highschool nearby, Gangs, Police Calls constant! For a while We wanted to stay here. We had a manager for a year who really started to make a difference! She got a playground, She made it a home,Then the Stuart Corp. moved her away! Juliana was the best ever. She cared! The property began to clean up! It gave alot of residents hope, then they took her out and put in someone else. NUTS! Stuart does not seem to care about us as people!, just want money!!!! We can do better! Move out!
