Apartment Review for Sela Investments

I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment here and was instantly disgusted. The staff had not cleaned or fixed ANYTHING. Every faucet leaks, a window is broken and the kitchen is older than my parents. The building manager is extremely aggravating and does not help you with anything. The maintenance seems to be a myth. The management in general just wants to take advantage of college students. I regret my decision to sign the lease.
