Good Place to Live. Plan to Stay. 1 year.

We've lived here several years and have had no problems. If we had anything that needed to be fixed, it was done in a timely manner. We've kept our place clean and have no problems with any issues of bugs or rodents at all and that's because we keep our apartment clean and neat. The owners and manager are very nice and take good care of us. We highly recommend this place to live and I hear there is a waiting list to get in. A & S

I have been a tenant at Wayzata Lake Apartments for 15 years. The owners, family and people here are wonderful. I have had very little problems in the time I have lived here and am very happy here.

We lived her 4 years and only left because we bought a house. The apartment was clean and nice when we moved in. The onwers and people who work here took good care of us. The only time we had a problem was on a Saturday and we called the maintenance man who drove in a long way and took care of it right away. The manager called on Monday and made sure everything was OK. The people have been very nice to us. We have no complaints and thank them for all our good years here.

We've lived here for years & we love it here. This is a chance to live in Wayzata & we're close to Lake Minnetonka! We haven't had much that needed to be fixed but they took good care of it quickly. We have complete privacy. They leave us alone. The place was neat & clean & nice when we moved in. The people who work here & the owners are hard working decent people. They have been very nice to us. We've got good neighbors & many of them have been here a long time too.

Yes we had a drug bust, just proves the criminals have cars and go where they stupidly think they won't be found out! It was handled in a quiet and professional manner and shows the safety of this neighborhood. Lived in several of the Lindahl properties over nine years, and found them to be a great place to live. Few problems and a wonderful neighborhood. Plowed and cleaned off street parking and that's summer and winter! An older building, but a pleasant and comfortable place. I have recommended it and will continue to do so.

My apartment is surrounded by lakes and trees, i wake up to birdsong every morning. <P>
The maint., and office staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable in the proffession. The owner is very active in the running of the property, and takes her ownership very seriously, she is affectionately known as mom to some of the older tenents. <P>
This is a great property and any bad reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, as the were evicted for a reason. <P>
