I lived there in 2009. the floor of the apartment would make noise every other step I took. the tenants were big time snitches. I could even drop nothing on the floor, because the next day they would slip a letter under my door with a warnig, saying I was on my way to getting kicked out. The manager is racist to all the non white tenants. I noticed that after I talked to a few. She would talk nice to you when you filled out the application and she would take your app fee and deposit. She enjoys making you feel like ****. the underground parkig is terrible old folks bump in the corner of your car every now and then. manager is racist she abuses her authority.
