Apartment Reviews for Thomasville Apartments - White Bear Lake

I have lived at thomasville for about 6 months. I love it here... very peaceful, never hear your neighbors and lots of open yard. The courtyard is beautiful with the water fountain. Not sure why the previous posters mentioned safety of cars. That must have been something in the area in the past, not reflective of this neighborhood or thomasville at all. The neighborhood is great, VERY SAFE, lots of friendly people too.

I read the other reviews on here and was actually shocked. I mean, I know that people usually only right reviews when they're negative but I feel like they're referring to a completely different place than I live. It's possible that things have improved since the new staff started working here 2 years ago. I have only ever known this staff though, and I think they will be staying here for good, since they both live here.

Anyways, I moved to Thomasville in Summer of 2008. I chose it because of the location... right near downtown WBL and the lakes, beaches, etc. Also because its close to 35E so I commute to work easily. I wasn't in love with the apartments themselves until I moved my stuff in and realized how great living in small buildings really is. You have a ton of windows in the apartment because they're corner apartments. I have a two bedroom for myself, my husband, and our two small children and there is plenty of room. Lots of storage room too. I love that we have a detached individual garage because we store alot of toys our kids aren't using in there, because they are really deep garages.

We've always felt safe living here, because its such a great community. We've also had good rapport with the office staff. Caroline is the manager and Katrina is the assistant. They're both very nice and make sure to keep the residents happy here.

To be honest, I don't even know who my neighbors are... I never see (or hear) anyone because the buildings are so small and you don't share walls... The only way I know other people even live here is because I can smell laundry detergent in the entrance on the weekends! :) It is very nice to have laundry right outside your apartment door so you don't have to walk far to do it.

I love Thomasville and I'm sure you will too!
