Apartment Review for None

Dont rent from him. He does not do any maintence on his buildings. I've lived her for 7 months now and he has not fixed anything. My fridge has been out for two months now, he gave me a small replacement one that freezes everything. I have broken windows, leaking ceiling, kitchen sink that sprays, smoke detector that doesnt work.I can keep going with the issues with this place.
