Apartment Review for Classic At The Preserve

I can't even begin to tell you how horrible the management office has been. We toured our apartment 2 months before we were to move in. There were rust stains on the carpet and it was torned up and run down. This is not luxury quality. We were promised by Jenny and other apartment staff that this would be taken care of, either being cleaned or replaced. Moved in a week ago, and management has been anything but helpful. Tried to get directv installed. They turned the guy away saying that they don't allow installation of satellites on their balconies, yet if you look out side there are satellites on balconies everywhere, including a left over one on ours! Management is unresponsive and will do and say ANYTHING to sell you on this place. I really regret ever signing a lease here. Went from paying 659.00 a month with NO problems, to 919 with problems up the waaaaaaahhhzoooo! DON'T STAY HERE! AS PRETTY AS IT LOOKS ITS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rate this property less than 1.
