We're moving into the Seasons Villas on Feb 11 and we love it already! The main bathroom upstairs is the best I've seen. The prop mgr Joyce is very friendly and kinda knows everyone by name:) I just signed the lease and Joyce was happy to answer the countless questions we had. It's our first townhome so we were kinda nervous. But I'm happy we decided this.
Just wish they had a community center, fitness center & swimming pool - so I wouldn't need to shell out another $120 to Lifetime Fitness. And that they allowed Satellite Dish (wonder whats the reason they dont!?) - I have to pay a $315 ETF to Dish:( These two things and they'd have gotten 5 starts already:) Rest is pretty awesome!!

You are the only one who thinks so! Say anything negative or ask for anything and they will throw you out as soon as your lease is up!

I am having the same issue. JOYCE MOXOM and SUSAN GLIENKE from SEASON VILLAS are HORRIBLE people!! I do not know how they sleep at night, not re-newing a lease for a family with two small children. We complained one too many times and they decided we can't stay there anymore. We have to move Feb 28th, in the middle of winter, in the middle of a school year with a 4 and 6 year old. Not to mention they raise the rent every time you sign a lease. In addition, our trees were NEVER trimmed. We had to do our own. All of the appliances are outdated. When we did get a new stove, it was already used, and the men that moved it in did so while we were gone. They tracked mud, leaves and grease all over the carpet, knocked down one of my husbands expensive jerseys on the floor and wiped their feet on it. We asked for re-painting and they did a half-assed job, we were told our electric is so high because of the old furnace. Everyone else on our block has a new one but us and we asked the office about it and they got all huffy, and said they would not be replacing ours. They make it seem like it is a "privilege" that you "get" to live there, rather than treating you like a customer. I would not rent from Season's Villas again if they paid ME to live there. The rent includes NOTHING. The snow removal is horrible, they mow the lawn once or twice during the summer, in the warm months we had huge issues with mice, spiders and ants, and they don't do anything about it, and if you complain, its a strike against you. The turn over in this dump is unreal. We have seen countless people move in and break their lease before it is up, due to pest issues, issues with mold, etc. Believe me, the model at the rental office is soooo nice, but the only thing that is the same is the layout. They never change out carpet. As many times I have seen people move in and out, we have NEVER seen new carpet brought in. Our old neighbor lived there for 3+ years on old carpet, when he moved out a new couple moved in for a year on the same carpet. Then they moved out and a new person is now living on the SAME yucky carpet!! They are rude and impolite and so is their "corporate office" I even contacted their CFO of Hans Hagen Homes, which is who owns Seasons. He is just as big of a jerk and is not customer minded, but backs up whatever his office manager, Joyce says. His name is Dan Mosow. Karma is a B****. I hope these people get it back 10 fold, because they certainly abuse their tenants. Also wanted to mention, once you start looking for another place to live, Joyce will give you a bad review, so you dont get the place. We have filled out and been turned down for 6 places now, because she has made it her personal vendetta to make sure we don't have a place to live. She is the biggest witch I have ever had the displeasure of knowing, and I will tell anyone and everyone who will listen that Joyce Moxom and Dan Mosow are not people you want managing your home. Please take my advice when I say DO NOT move into SEASON VILLAS!!! They are liars!!
