Apartment Reviews for Seasons Villas - Woodbury

I moved into the Seasons Villas a few months ago and really have no compliants. I was a little skeptical because I had read a few bad reviews but my boyfriend and I decided to move-in anyways and I am so glad that we did! We moved into a townhome that the manager explained was newly redone which means new appliances, carpets, flooring, and lights were installed before we moved in. We did have a problem with our garage not working but I called the manager and it was taken care of that day! I love, love, love the huge upstairs bathroom with giant tub. I would recommend these homes to anyone!

We're moving into the Seasons Villas on Feb 11 and we love it already! The main bathroom upstairs is the best I've seen. The prop mgr Joyce is very friendly and kinda knows everyone by name:) I just signed the lease and Joyce was happy to answer the countless questions we had. It's our first townhome so we were kinda nervous. But I'm happy we decided this.
Just wish they had a community center, fitness center & swimming pool - so I wouldn't need to shell out another $120 to Lifetime Fitness. And that they allowed Satellite Dish (wonder whats the reason they dont!?) - I have to pay a $315 ETF to Dish:( These two things and they'd have gotten 5 starts already:) Rest is pretty awesome!!

Concerned that this is not the Seasons Villas Property. This Property does not have porches, the applicances are new models, 2009 or newer. The carpet and Vinyl was installed in 2009, 2010 or 2011. The townhomes have new roofs. Make sure to see the property at 8630 Summer Wind Alcove in Woodbury.

The _only_ down side to this place is that you must have a car to live here. They have attached garages, walking paths that go into the woods and lovely units with double doors that look out into small back yards. The management is fantastic and I wish I still lived there (I had to go to another apartment because these units have stairs and I was on crutches). If you have a car and don't mind the fact that the bedrooms are on the second level, you need look nowhere else for a place to stay.

This is the BEST place I have ever lived. It is like an oasis in the middle of the hussle and bussle. Beautiful full grown trees are everywhere and shrubs and sloping grounds give a feeling of privacy. Any problems are fixed promptly and the staff always have time for you. It is within 5 minutes of grocery stores, all major shopping and many known resturants. It is extremely quiet and I highly recommend it.
