Apartment Review for Woodmere

sorry to have to say it but woodmere apts are very DECEIVING. first off you dont find out until the day your ready to move and your truck is packed and you go to sign the lease that you will have to sign a paper regarding RADON IN THE WALLS, Woodmere Apts are not responsible for any health issues. Now what do you do its too late to find another place because its moving day! Oh parking you get a sticker for your car and 1 visitor pass. if you have more guest they have to park down by the office. Of course if someone has rented out the Party Room, guess what NO WHERE FOR YOUR GUEST TO PARK. And they will TOW! That will cost you $211.00. Management is very phony. I lived at Woodmere for 2 yrs and always paid my rent. THANK GOD WE'RE OUT. RENTER BEWARE. We lived here from 2005 to 2007. <P>
