Review for Manor House Apartments

Staff never is in office. Maintenance, even simple stuff, was never attended to for 3-4 months (did my own maintenance). Non-working cars occupying limited parking slots. They spend more of my rent money on mulch and bushes instead of upkeep or upgrades. The windows have zero insulation and no screens. The windows are straight out of 1970 still. Door jambs come apart. Pavement in the driveway has huge holes. Several times you'll see suspicious drug-related behavior on enclosed property (which is supposed to be safe).
Lastly, they charge WAAAAYYY too much rent for the quality. I pay $725/mo for a 2-BR 1-BA, and the company (Hallmark) keeps raising rent with each new lease, yet they "manage" the place from Atlanta. Save yourself the misery.
