Deposit Refund Problems!

I moved out of OST over 10 months ago and still have not been able to receive my deposit back. Nothing was wrong with the apartment after moving out. I was told by the landlord that she submitted paperwork to the owner company but still have never heard from either of them again. Be careful if your depending on your deposit to come back.
