I have lived at the Colonial Grand/ Arbors for a year. It's alwalys quiet and I always feel safe. Maintenance is fast - usually same day. The buildings have some structural problems so there may be cracks in the ceiling or walls. Also, the gate could be updated. Other than that I have no complaints.
