Apartment Review for Beauvoir Manor Apartments

I have lived as a tenant in Beauvoir Manor for 10 half years,and on Sept 17 2001 a New Owner the Lynd Company from San Antonio, TX 78201 210-733-6125 the CEO Michael Ly SR was sent certified letters to him about the poor maintained conditions of Beauvoir Manor Apartments, the roofs where never fixed right after Hurricaine Katrine, black tar paper was rolled on the roof, and the rain guiters where tared shut,so the rain stays on the roof, the trees where not trimed, now we have major infestations of fruit flys, termites, roaches, etc, and treatment for pest in not routinely done, onece a month, for all apartments, and they refuse to treat for termites , they are saying its a seasonal thing and they will go away. they eat my front door and many others and metal doors where put on. June 1st in beginning of hurricane season again and nothing has been maintained since hurricane Katrine, please come help us. certified copies have been sent to HUD, COED and FORCEMENT and FAIR HOUSING. who cares about the safety of the attentents , and one last thing, I FEAR for my lIFE when I walk out my front door, everyday. .
