CONS:
APARTMENTS ON SECOND AND THIRD FLOORS CAN GET VERY HOT AND CENTRAL AC CAN'T SEEM TO KEEP UP. MAINT SAYS NOTHING CAN BE DONE (?). ISSUES WITH THE MONOPOLY OVER CABLE/INTERNET/PHONE...(CABLE1 IS PROVIDER) CONSTANT CONNECTION PROBS AND SLOW SERVERS.

PROS: MANAGEMENT AND MAINT ARE APPROACHABLE AND LIKEABLE. APTS IN GOOD SHAPE.
